1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Spot in Kuta Lombok, Indonesia ("The Spot", "we", "us", or "our"). Our website address is **[https://thespot.id](https://thespot.id)**. The Spot provides coworking space services, accommodation, a restaurant/cafe, and arranges tours & transport ("Services"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website and your use of any of our Services, whether online or at our physical premises in Kuta Lombok.

By accessing or using our Website or Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

2. Services Offered

The Spot provides the following Services: a. Coworking Space: Offering dedicated or flexible workspace access, internet connectivity, and a community environment. b. Accommodation: Providing lodging options on our premises. c. Restaurant/Cafe: Serving food and beverages on our premises. d. Tours & Transport Arrangement: Facilitating bookings for tours and transport services provided by third parties.

These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including website visitors, coworking members, accommodation guests, and restaurant patrons.

3. Payment Policy

All payments for Services must be completed **before** the service is rendered or accessed. The only exception to this is for food and drinks purchased at our restaurant/cafe, which can be paid for before leaving the premises.

4. Coworking Space Terms

4.1 Membership

Access to the coworking space is primarily through paid memberships (e.g., Weekly Silver, Monthly, Hangout). Each membership tier offers specific benefits and access levels as detailed on our Website.

b. **Access:**

Without a valid Pass or Membership, you will not be allowed to enter the space.

Visitors are NOT allowed inside the Focus Areas.

Access to the coworking space is always for ONE ( 1 ) person.

Members with applicable plans (e.g., Weekly, Monthly) are granted 24/7 access to the coworking space as per their membership agreement.

As a member, you also need a booking in order to gain access. This can be done via [Desk Reservation](https://thespot.id/coworking/desk-reservation/).

c. **Membership Fees:** Membership fees are as stated on our Website or as otherwise agreed. A one-time sign-up fee is charged for **any new membership**. This fee applies even if you have held a membership in the past, unless your previous subscription remained continuously active up to the point of renewal or starting a new term.

d. **Membership Duration, Renewal, and Cancellation:** Membership is valid for the period purchased (e.g., 7 days for Weekly, 30 days for Monthly). All memberships will be **renewed automatically** for a subsequent term of the same duration unless cancelled. Customers can suspend and/or cancel their subscription at any time via their member dashboard on the Website.

e. **Refunds:** Refunds for membership fees may be possible depending on the specific circumstances, as assessed by The Spot on a case-by-case basis.

As Front Office staff does not have the authority to approve refund, sending an email to **[email protected]** is mandatory.

> Please note that if a refund is approved, an administrative cost of **minimum 10%** of the refunded amount will always be deducted.

f. **Use of Coworking Space:**

Focus areas can **NEVER** be used for in person meetings.

i. Members agree to use the coworking space respectfully and considerately of others. ii. Members must adhere to any posted rules regarding noise levels, phone calls, meeting room usage (if applicable), and common area etiquette. iii. Members are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment. The Spot is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the coworking space.

g. **Internet Usage:** High-speed internet access is provided for members' use. Members agree not to use the internet for any illegal activities or activities that disrupt the network or other users.

h. **Cafe Discount:** Members with applicable plans receive a **10% discount** on coffee, other drinks, and sandwiches from The Spot cafe **while they are working within the coworking space**. This discount is for the member's personal consumption only and must be claimed at the time of order.

i. **Desk Booking:** Members are highly encouraged to book or reserve a desk **before entering the coworking space** to ensure a suitable workspace is available. It is the **member's responsibility** to make this booking in a timely manner to guarantee their access to a desk, especially during peak times. Please be aware that all available desks in the coworking space are also open for booking by non-members (who will typically pay for access). Members should use the designated member booking system.

***To prevent locking out a desk, any booking that is created will be cancelled without prior notice when you didn't arrive within one hour of your start time.***

5. Accommodation Terms

a. **Bookings and Payment:** Accommodation bookings can be made through the Website or other agreed channels. Payment must be made before the start of the accommodation period, as per the general Payment Policy (Section 3).

b. **Check-in/Check-out:** [Specify standard check-in and check-out times. Add policies on early check-in/late check-out].

c. **Guest Conduct:** Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the property. Any damage to the property caused by a guest may be charged to the guest.

b. **Cafe Discount (Membership):** The 10% cafe discount for applicable coworking members applies only to specified items (coffee, other drinks, sandwiches) and is valid only while the member is working in the coworking space.

c. **Dietary Information:** Please ask staff for allergen and dietary information for any item on the menu. While we make every effort to handle ingredients carefully, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact for guests with severe allergies.

7. Tours & Transport Arrangement Terms

a. The Spot acts solely as an **intermediary** for arranging tours and transport services. These services are **provided by independent third parties**, not by The Spot directly.

b. Any booking made through The Spot for tours or transport is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service provider.

c. The Spot is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these third-party service providers. Any issues or claims should be directed to the provider of the service.

d. Payment for arranged tours and transport must be made before the service is provided, as per the general Payment Policy (Section 3).

8. Website Usage Terms

a. **Intellectual Property:** All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Spot or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. **Prohibited Activities:** You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden the Website. Prohibited activities include scraping, data mining, and unauthorized access.
