Do you rent scooters?
Yes — directly, not through an agent. Rp 85.000 per day, Rp 525.000 for a week, or Rp 1.950.000 for 30 days. Pick up and drop off at The Spot.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes. Lombok International (LOP) to The Spot is Rp 300.000 one way, per car — not per person, so a couple pays the same as a solo traveller. About 30 minutes. Send us your flight on WhatsApp.
Do you arrange day trips?
Yes — surf beaches, waterfalls, the Sekotong islands, Sasak villages. Tell us where you want to go and we'll arrange a driver.
Can I reserve a table?
Yes. Walk in any time, or message us on WhatsApp to reserve — especially for bigger groups.
Do you allow pets?
No, sorry — we don't allow pets.
Is there air conditioning in the bungalows?
No. Every room has a fan and open airflow, and bathroom facilities are shared. The air-conditioned space is the coworking focus room — that's where you work, five minutes away.
Can I cancel a coworking booking?
Day passes: Free cancellation until it starts — the amount becomes CREDIT toward a future booking (not a refund). Once you have checked in, or the start time has passed, it can no longer be cancelled. Memberships: Memberships are heavily discounted against the day rate. Cancel any time BEFORE the start date for full credit. Once a membership has started it cannot be cancelled and no credit is given — the discount is the consideration for the commitment.
Can I cancel a room booking?
Free >5 days before arrival · 5–2 days: 50% (min. 1 night) · <2 days: non-refundable
Do memberships renew automatically?
Only if you choose that at checkout — you can take a one-off membership or set it to auto-renew, and you can cancel any time.
What's included with a day pass?
Access to the coworking space for the duration of your pass, fast Wi-Fi (950 Mbps fibre line, up to 60 Mbps per device), use of all shared areas, and access to the café and restaurant.
Can I use the coworking at night?
Yes — a weekly or monthly membership gives 24/7 access, with each visit booked ahead. Day passes are valid during regular opening hours (08:00 – 21:00).
Do you have dedicated desks?
Yes. Dedicated desks are available weekly and monthly — current rates are on the booking widget at /cowork. You get your own fixed workspace for the duration.
Can I rent a computer or screen?
Yes. Desktop rentals are available for 4 or 8 hours, plus full workstation kits (screen, keyboard, mouse) weekly or monthly — current rates are on /cowork.
Is there printing available?
Yes, printing is available on-site. PDF format only.
Do I need to reserve a desk?
Day passes are walk-in when we have space, but book ahead to be sure of a desk and we'll confirm it. Members book every visit in advance so a desk is held for them. Dedicated desks and equipment should be booked ahead so we can set them up.
What are your kitchen hours?
The kitchen opens at 07:45 daily. Last food order is at 21:15. The café serves drinks until 21:30.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes — many dishes are vegan or vegetarian and clearly marked on the menu. Gluten-free pasta is available on request (+Rp 15.000).
Is takeaway available?
Yes. Order in person at the counter, or message us on WhatsApp for takeaway and local delivery.
Do the prices include tax and service charge?
Yes. All menu prices include 10% tax and 5% service charge. No surprises when the bill arrives.
What kind of food do you serve?
Belgian-Indonesian fusion made from scratch daily — breakfast, smoothie bowls, soups, salads, baguettes, pasta and mains.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes — the bar serves cocktails, spritz, spirits, cold beers and wine. See the bar menu.
Where are the bungalows located?
SAME SAME Bungalows are a short 5-minute walk from The Spot, in a lush tropical garden setting in Kuta Lombok.
What room types are there?
Bamboo Bungalow, A-Frame Single, A-Frame Double. All are fan-cooled with open airflow, and bathroom facilities are shared. The air-conditioned space is the coworking focus room.
Can I book coworking and accommodation together?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp for combined work + stay packages.
Is breakfast included with the bungalows?
Not by default, but the café opens at 07:45 and is a 5-minute walk away.
