Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are always welcome for day passes — just show up. For memberships and dedicated desks, booking through our system is required so we can set up your access.
Is the workspace separate from the café?
Yes. Both the indoor AC focus room and the outdoor workspace are set away from the main café and accommodation area — so you get quiet, with all the café perks a few steps away.
How fast is the internet?
We run two fiber connections from different suppliers plus Starlink as a third line, with automatic failover. Each device is guaranteed 50 Mbps. UPS battery backup and a generator keep you online even during power cuts.
What's included in a pass or membership?
All passes include access to both the outdoor workspace and the indoor AC focus room. Memberships add 24/7 access, 10% off selected café items, and priority booking. Dedicated desks also include a reserved seat, external screen, and locker.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes — full payment is required to confirm any booking. This applies to day passes, memberships, and equipment rentals. You can pay online via my.thespot.id or at the front desk.
Can I print documents?
Yes — printing is available on-site. PDF format only.
