Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome for day passes when we have space — but book ahead to be sure of a desk, and we'll confirm it. Members book every visit in advance so a desk is held for them; a member who hasn't booked may find none free. Dedicated desks are set up through our system too.
Is the workspace separate from the café?
Yes. Both the indoor AC focus room and the outdoor workspace are set away from the main café and accommodation area — so you get quiet, with all the café perks nearby.
How fast is the internet?
We run two fibre connections from different suppliers plus Starlink as a third line, with automatic failover. The 950 Mbps fibre line gives each device up to 60 Mbps. UPS battery backup and a generator keep you online during power cuts.
Can I cancel?
Day passes: Free cancellation until it starts — the amount becomes CREDIT toward a future booking (not a refund). Once you have checked in, or the start time has passed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Memberships: Memberships are heavily discounted against the day rate. Cancel any time BEFORE the start date for full credit. Once a membership has started it cannot be cancelled and no credit is given — the discount is the consideration for the commitment.
Can I print documents?
Yes — printing is available on-site. PDF format only.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash (no fee) · EDC card machine at reception (+2.5%) · online card at checkout (+3.9% processing fee). All prices include 11% tax and 5% service charge.
