Prices include 10% tax + 5% service. Payment: cash (no fee), or card +2.5% — same online or at reception. Payment confirms a booking; unpaid is only a request.
First visit starts between 08:00–21:00 for staffed onboarding; after that members have 24/7 access — book each visit ahead. One pass per person. Day passes: free cancellation before they start (as CREDIT, not a refund). Memberships can't be cancelled once they start.

Do I need to book in advance?
The focus room is a few steps from the garden café. Walk-ins are welcome for a day pass when we have space — book ahead to be sure of a desk. Members book every visit in advance so a desk is held for them; a member who hasn't booked may find none free. A dedicated desk stays set up for the week or month.
Is the workspace separate from the café?
The air-conditioned focus room is set away from the café so it stays quiet. The garden café is a few steps away, on the same compound — outdoor seating there is free for café guests, no pass needed.
How fast is the internet?
The focus room and the garden café share one connection: fibre up to 950 Mbps, Starlink backup, and UPS + generator — stays online through power cuts. Coworking members get up to 60 Mbps per device. More on Wi-Fi & uptime →
Can I cancel?
Day passes: Free cancellation until it starts — the amount becomes CREDIT toward a future booking (not a refund). Once you have checked in, or the start time has passed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Memberships: Memberships are heavily discounted against the day rate. Cancel any time BEFORE the start date for full credit. Once a membership has started it cannot be cancelled and no credit is given — the discount is the consideration for the commitment.
Can I print documents?
Yes — printing is available on-site. PDF format only.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash (no fee) · card +2.5%, the same rate online or on the machine at reception. Paying online is the only way to confirm a booking before you arrive. All prices include 10% tax and 5% service charge.
