Most café Wi-Fi in Lombok works on a simple model: one connection shared among everyone in the space. When the space is empty, it's fast. When it's full, it slows down for everyone simultaneously.

The Omada Network System
The Spot uses TP-Link Omada — a managed Wi-Fi system that handles traffic allocation intelligently rather than letting all devices compete for the same bandwidth.
**What this means in practice:**
- **Quality of Service (QoS)** policies prioritize traffic by type. Video calls get routed to low-latency, high-priority paths. Background syncing and downloads get what's left.
- **Dedicated bandwidth per device** — each connected device gets a guaranteed portion of the available bandwidth, so one person uploading a large file doesn't degrade everyone else's video calls.
- **Centralized management** — the network is monitored and managed from a single dashboard. Issues are visible and addressable in real time.
The Full Network Picture
Omada handles the Wi-Fi layer. Beneath it:
